We feel it is time to say #ThankYouBody beginning with the #ThankYouBodyRally and that through this intention and action, we become the change we want to see…

Warrior Goddess is a big believer that our bodies are a conduit for Healing and Awareness. By participating in this event, we want to thank and honor our sacred vessel for allowing our souls to consciously experience life’s ups and downs.

EVENT DETAILS (Weather Permitting):

1. Wear something ORANGE to show you are grateful for your health.

2. Bring your yoga mat and a comfy blanket and let’s move our sacred vessel. We will honor our body by practicing Shakti Yoga🧘‍♀️ . In yoga, the word shakti means “power” and “divine feminine,” usually in reference to energy. Shakti empowers us to be luminous, radiant, creative, and in-flow with the universe. Awakening the Goddess ... Shakti yoga blends dance or free movement with traditional yoga poses.  It wasn’t created by a single individual so it doesn’t have a clear lineage or strict rules, but instead it’s inspired by the creativity and self-expression concepts of shakti. This will be an informal and fun event.

3. Drop your business card/contact details in the box if you want your name to be added to the directory (which will be emailed to all) allowing you to connect with like-minded peers.

4. Bring your energy to raise the vibrations of the planet together.
