Orders and Shipping
At Warrior Goddess our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you .
What is the status of my order?
An email confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the email address provided. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. If you're having trouble finding your order confirmation email or tracking your order, don't hesitate to email us at heywarriorgoddess@gmail.com. Please check your junk folder as some internet providers flag some transactions as spam.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests. Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us ASAP. If we are unable to make the change you can always send the item(s) back within 30 days of purchase (Canada, Mexico and U.S only). See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How long does shipping take?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers.
Note: FedEx doesn't ship to PO Boxes.
North America (Canada, Mexico and U.S) Orders
Our North America warehouses are based in the states of California and North Carolina, and Europe warehouse in Latvia. Shipments are Monday through Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays observed in the U.S. and Canada.
Orders are typically processed in 1 - 5 business days. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. U.S. and Canada shipments 3-5 business days via UPS and 3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost. Expedited shipping selected during check-out will not affect processing time but will speed up delivery. U.S. Expedited shipment 1-3 business days via FedEx.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping takes 3 - 8 business days for delivery on domestic orders. If you selected an expedited shipping service, the order will arrive in the stated time after it has been processed. Shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimated.
International Orders
Please check your shipping address for accuracy. Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and we are not responsible for these fees and there is no way for the cost to be estimated in advance.
As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be.

Canada shipments 5-10 business days and 1-5 business days via FedEx.
International shipments from our Europe warehouse are 5-10 business days to Europe, 10-20 business days worldwide, and 1-5 business days via FedEx.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing / inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. Thank you for your patience. Packages will be returned to us if unclaimed and we will not be able to refund shipping in those cases.
My order is being Returned to Sender?
Canada and U.S. Orders
If your parcel is being returned to sender for any reason including an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, our customer support team may reach out to you to confirm a new address once the item arrives back at our warehouse. If we are able to make contact, we will re-ship your item(s), if not you will be refunded for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost. International Orders
If your order is being returned to Warrior Goddess for to any reason such as:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Not called for
- Denied Due to Customs Charges
- Incomplete/Insufficient Address
- Denied Entry by Customs
Once the order arrives back at our warehouse you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Warrior Goddess. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Please note: When an order is sent back to our warehouse, the carrier will send the item back via the slowest and cheapest shipping method to incur the least amount of cost. This typically results in longer return transit times and may affect your refund period.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. If the item is undeliverable, once it’s returned to us, we can process a replacement order (Canada and U.S. only).
