Sometimes you look at others around you and things just seem to work for them, things fall into place, they just seem to have so much luck. Then you wonder why “you don't appear to have that same luck."
You feel stagnated, even though, everything is going well in your life, there is something you cannot spot that makes you wonder what the heck is going on?
I personally don’t believe in luck, for me that feeling of stagnation is the result of losing or giving your personal power to people or situations that are NOT worth of it – you give your energy to causes that will drain it ☹
So let’s define the word vibration. As described by Cassandra Sturdy*; "Your ‘vibration’ is a fancy way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. This includes you."
From a scientific and metaphysical perspective, Sturdy further explains that we are a ‘being’ that is made up of different energy levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each of these levels has a vibrational frequency, which combine to create your overall vibration of being.
All vibrations operate at high and low frequencies, within us and around us. If your vibration is low it will be evident; it's simply a matter of bringing awareness to your situation and then working on rectifying it. Perhaps money no longer flows, your health is poor or you feel surrounded by negative people. When your vibration is high however, this is that beautiful sense of living in the flow. Here you may be inviting inspiring people into life, jumping out of bed each day full of optimism, things may be progressing particularly well in business, perhaps your bank balance has never looked so good!
To others it may appear that you have all the luck in the world, when in actual fact you've invited it all in on your own. So this article will give some tips on how to raise your vibration instantly and start attracting all the best life and the universe has in store for you.
1. WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS
You are a creator – you create your reality. Thoughts become things... so watch out your thoughts – acknowledge them & honor them. The MIND is a literal magnet in the universe, and we attract to us people, opportunities, and circumstances just by our focus and intention on them. Meditation will allow to start paying attention to your thinking patterns. 10 minutes of meditation will allow to you to keep your radar tuned so you can identify your thoughts catch them and correct them. See Souls blog on How to Meditate here. I personally practice Ascension – a mindful technique thought by the Ishayas monks. I use Fresia Castro’s technique on how to activate your pineal gland to create your reality and I do a little bit of Kundalini. Kundalini uses a serious of postures, breath and sound to trigger a physical reaction in the brain that help you to change negative thought patters to positive ones. I practice Kundalini once a week and since I do it, I’ve noticed profound shifts in my life 😊
2. PRACTICE GRATITUDE
The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems. And gratitude doesn't need to be reserved only for momentous occasions: Sure, you might express gratitude after receiving a promotion at work, but you can also be thankful for something as simple as a delicious piece of cheesecake. Practice gratitude journaling. It only takes a few minutes a day, but it can give you a lasting mood boost that can take you from feeling “okay” to feeling “great” on a more regular basis. Get your own gratitude journal and every night before heading to bed take 1 minute to say thanks for your day. Nowadays, there are an array of digital tools such as grateful (apple store) that let’s you create entries to keep track of the good things in life. No matter how difficult and defeating life can sometimes feel, there is always something to feel grateful for. I personally use Trello ( it is free). I’ve created a board called “gratitude Journal”. You can also listen in YouTube morning or evening gratitude positive affirmations videos.
3. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, and some lower (broccoli has a high vibration as do blueberries; Big Macs don't vibrate at all ;-) but how I love them. If you are consuming foods covered in chemicals and pesticides, or foods found within plastic packaging, it will leave you vibrating lower. Conversely, consume good quality organic produce, food as nature intended it, and feel the high vibrations disseminate throughout your body. Most importantly, pay attention to how eating certain foods make your body feel. The same applies to the skincare, hair and other products you put on your body. I love Arbonne – chemically-free products and baking soda 😊
4. DRINK WATER
Always ensure you drink plenty of water to assist your body to flush out toxicity day to day. Toxicity has a marked impact on our vibration so we must do what we can to reduce it's impact within us and around us.
7. BE KIND
Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough" or "Woe is me", to "I have more than enough to give to others.” Abundance is a high vibration. In the same vein, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts you at a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.
8. WORK OUT
Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibrations move. So Get Active! Dance! The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.
9. PAMPER YOURSELF
This one is my favorite, there are TONS of ways to pamper your yourself – from taking baths to going to the spa for a nice massage. Treat yourself like royalty. Pampering is vital to raising your vibration. Take that power nap, sleep in, and get your makeup and hair done by a professional. Buy yourself some new lingerie or hire someone to clean your house, etc. There are some many guilty pleasures you long for so make them a reality – remember you are a creator. 10. CLEAR YOUR SPACE
Clear you space from stagnant energy is very meditative and a way of hitting reset on your mind, heart, and space, reminding them to stay open so that you can receive new blessings. Clear you space by burning sage, incense or palosanto. Have a clearing bath with sea salt and crystals.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX
According to Wikipedia, Social media detoxification or Social media detox is a kind of mental detoxification under the umbrella of Digital detox, specifically referring to a period of time when individuals stay away from social media platforms. Detoxification or detox formally refers to the physiological or medical removal of toxic substances from a living organism. Thus this term "social media detox" carries this connotation that social media is negative to the individual and thus he/she needs to stay away from it for a period of time to recover. For some of us, a social media detox might sound like a punishment; but this take opportunity to reevaluate your relationships, I bet you will find that some people don’t longer resonate with your vibration, so this is the perfect time to cut out things, experiences or people that don’t longer serve you.
Throughout your daily life, every interaction, reaction, and moment has an impact on your overall energy level and state of being. Your every choice influences whether you are moving in the direction of raising or lowering your vibration.
As a vibrational being, in every moment you're either increasing your frequency, or your energy and vibration are declining… Change is constant and so there's no staying the same! I hope this blog inspired you to raise your vibration 😊
